At Quality Diagnostic Imaging Solutions (QDI), we are a small, hands-on team with deep expertise in nuclear medicine equipment. We specialize in refurbished systems, service, parts sourcing, relocations, and practical solutions that keep departments running without surprise costs or downtime.

Jeremy Basterash, Founder & Chief Operating Officer

Jeremy brings nearly three decades of direct, field-based experience servicing and restoring nuclear medicine systems. He has extensive hands-on work with nearly the entire GE Healthcare nuclear medicine/molecular imaging product line, through an including the Discovery NM 600/800 series. His experience includes detailed site planning, relocations, Load From Cold restores, software configuration, licensing, and complex troubleshooting on GE, Siemens, Digirad, Philips, DDD/X3D equipment. In his role as Chief Operating Officer, Jeremy leads our business office activities while maintaining technical service operation support, service contract strategies, and equipment evaluations. His practical knowledge comes from years of supporting hospitals and clinics across the U.S. and internationally with real-world solutions for gamma cameras, SPECT, and PET/CT systems.

Lorenzo Cruz, National Service Manager

Lorenzo is a consummate professional with incredible expertise on every device we work on, from every manufacturer. As National Service Manager, he leverages his deep product knowledge to help customers find the right solutions for their nuclear medicine needs. With extensive experience across all major systems, Lorenzo ensures our clients receive expert guidance on equipment selection, service options, and long-term strategies. 

Jacob Trempala, Operations Manager

Jake serves as our Operations Manager, overseeing our refurbishment manufacturing process and parts sales/fulfillment. He has extensive experience with installations and deinstallations and leads high-level troubleshooting on Discovery NM 600/800 systems. Jake is experienced across GE, Siemens, Digirad, and DDD/X3D devices. His operational leadership and technical skill ensure high-quality, reliable outcomes for every project.
