The Siemens Biograph™ TruePoint™ PET•CT is a flexible, high-powered medical imaging platform. These systems optimize clinical throughput and increase sensitivity and resolution with LSO-based detectors but are designed with budget in mind to make PET•CT a viable solution in virtually any facility. These systems provide uniform resolution throughout the field of view with HD•PET. In addition, they have one of the largest PET field of views in the industry, which increases count rate performance by >70%, thus routine 10-minute PET exams are achieved. These systems require a minimum of 16’-6” x 26’ scanner room size, plus an operator’s room, and equipment room (6’ x 6’ minimum).
